During the Birger's Burgers workshop, Birger takes you on a delicious journey around the world. Put on your apron, because you'll be getting hands-on in the kitchen.

Together you prepare six original burgers, inspired by cuisines from all over the world:

• American Classic: the ultimate comfort burger with juicy beef and classic toppings

• French Chic: refined and elegant, with a French touch

• Swedish Salmon: fresh and light, with salmon and Scandinavian flavours

• Italiano Burger: Southern passion between two buns

• Spanish Fiesta: spicy, sunny and full of character

• Asian Fusion Burger: spicy, surprising and irresistible

Birger shares his favorite recipes, introduces you to new flavor combinations, and provides practical tips for finishing your burgers to perfection.

After cooking, you sit down together to enjoy all the creations, accompanied by a drink, in a relaxed and cozy atmosphere.

Don't forget that we'll be doing a lot of tasting during the workshop, so it's best not to eat too much beforehand. ;)
