Birger will kick off the evening with a mini tasting where we'll sample four different gins from Flavor Shop's extensive range. Prepare to be amazed by the diverse flavors and aromas of these unique spirits. And of course, what's a Gin & Tonic Workshop without a delicious gin and tonic as an aperitif? Let the enjoyment begin!

But that's just the beginning! After the tasting, we'll dive into the kitchen in small groups to prepare a complete menu—with gin as the star of every dish. From a refined appetizer to a surprising main course and even a dessert, you'll be challenged to be creative with flavor combinations that will tantalize your senses. Once all the dishes are ready, we'll enjoy our culinary creations together and conclude the evening in style.

Don't forget that we'll be doing a lot of tasting during the workshop, so it's best not to eat too much beforehand. ;)
