During Aperitivo Español, Birger takes you to the vibrant tapas bars of Spain. Expect a relaxing evening full of sun, flavor, and conviviality. Naturally, with a glass of sangria or Tinto de Verano.
You will prepare various Spanish tapas, packed with Mediterranean flavors: think of patatas bravas, albóndigas, pintxos and other surprising snacks that go perfectly with the aperitif.
Birger shows you how to create an atmospheric Spanish aperitif moment with simple ingredients, ideal to repeat at home with friends or family.
And because no Spanish evening is complete without a drink, we serve a refreshing sangria, Tinto de Verano or another typical Spanish aperitif with the tapas.
