Tio Pepe Fino is a world-famous dry sherry from the heart of Jerez, produced by the renowned house Gonzalez Byass. This wine is made exclusively from the Palomino grape and matures under a natural flor layer using the traditional Solera system. The result is an elegant, fresh and pronounced dry fino with aromas of almond, yeast and green apple.

The wine is bright pale yellow in colour, with a lively nose and a dry, crisp finish. Thanks to its finesse and low oxidation, Tio Pepe is ideal as an aperitif or to accompany tapas, seafood, olives, Manchego cheese and sushi. Serve well chilled for an optimal taste experience.
