Sharish Blue Magic gin is a magical creation by distiller António Cuco from Alentejo, Portugal. The striking blue colour comes from the exotic Clitoria Ternatea, also known as the butterfly flower, a flower traditionally used in Southeast Asia for natural colouring. But the real magic happens when you mix this gin with tonic: the change in pH turns the drink a spectacular pink!

The taste is a floral explosion of butterfly flower, strawberry and raspberry, beautifully balanced with warming hints of ginger, cinnamon, cardamom and angelica. The juniper berry base provides the classic gin signature that makes this creation both innovative and familiar.
