Planteray Cut & Dry is an ode to two icons of the Caribbean: coconut and rum. This limited edition rum is made using hand-cut, sun-dried coconuts from the island of Barbados. The mature coconut is harvested, opened and laid out in the sun to naturally concentrate its oils and aromas. These coconut chunks are then slowly infused into a blend of Barbados column still rum and Old Gregg pot still rum, both produced at the legendary West Indies Rum Distillery.
The result? A creamy, fragrant rum with a silky texture, full of warm tropical notes and the pure taste of real coconut. After four years of experimenting with local farmers and recipes, Cut & Dry is finally available – in limited editions – as a tribute to Barbadian craftsmanship and island culture.
