The Glendalough Wild Botanical Gin is distilled during all 4 seasons. The botanicals come fresh from the mountains surrounding the distillery, by Geraldine Kavanagh and are placed in the copper pot within hours of foraging. Only 3000 bottles are available per year. So a bottle of this gin is something precious!
Fresh & soft gin with juniper berries, citrus and pine trees. Cool and soft at first, followed by summer flowers and hints of autumn fruit that eventually give way to warm spices.
Serve with a neutral tonic. Garnish: juniper berry, grapefruit zest and a sprig of rosemary.
