English breakfast tea is a blend of black tea made according to an English recipe. This is a blend of Ceylon and Assam tea. The tea has a strong flavor and is usually drunk with plenty of milk and sugar; it is also delicious with a slice of lemon and some sugar.
Brewing advice: Let infuse for about 2 to 3 minutes and use water at 100 °C.
