At Brooklyn Gin, the juniper berries are pressed by hand, which provides an unprecedented burst of sweet and spicy flavors.

The plant-based ingredients are first soaked to release their essential flavors. They are then distilled in small batches, in a Carl copper still, to slowly extract flavor from the fresh citrus peels and botanicals. The copper works with the alcohol to remove bitter notes, resulting in a smoother gin with greater complexity.

Perfect serve:
The gin is delicious to drink Drink alone, but you can also mix it with an Indian tonic. Finish of your choice with basil, lemon, lemon zest and lime.
