Wijndomein Dappersveld, now better known as Bruut Winery, is a Belgian wine estate in the heart of the Pajottenland region. Here, refined wines are crafted with passion and respect for nature and terroir, with a strong focus on sparkling wine using the traditional method.

Bruut Winery brings together the best of Belgian winemaking in elegant cuvées that reflect the character of the region between the Zenne and Dender.

The story behind Wijndomein Dappersveld

The story begins in 2013, when Eric Geyssens and his wife Linda planted the first vines on the Dappersveld soil in the rolling Pajottenland.

In 2016, the Dehandschutter family also joined, after which both projects were brought together under the name Wijndomein Dappersveld-Woestijn.

Later, the estate evolved further and was renamed Bruut Winery, to further emphasise the focus on sparkling wines and terroir.
