The story behind Flufa

Flufa is produced by Flufa SA, a family-run artisan business based in Tavannes (Canton of Bern, Switzerland), which was founded in 1986 from the desire to combine existing flour and baking traditions with a new treat — the flûte feuilletée (puff pastry flute).

Since the beginning, we've been working with an original recipe and traditional craftsmanship, giving the snacks their characteristic crunch and flavor. The products are beloved by gourmets and are appreciated as a classic Swiss aperitif or snack.
